  2. We’ll need your energy customer number or online energy account details so we can check your energy usage. You can securely tell us this information in your Flipper Account.
  3. We’ll use these details to search for your best energy deal and let you know when we’ve found it.

We’ve sent you an email with instructions on how to activate your Flipper Account. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

  1. Securely login to your Flipper Account via the email we sent you.
  2. Before we can start searching for your best deal, we need to check your energy usage. If you have an online energy account, we’ll need your login details.
  3. If not, we’ll need your customer number so that we can set up an online account on your behalf.
  4. We’ll then check your usage and start searching the market for your best energy deal.

  1. Within one working day, we’ll send you a confirmation email which includes your supplier and tariff name.
